We help by ensuring you complete and pay for the correct forms ( I-20, I-901), confirm that the school you are considering is a certified school and part of the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP), complete and submit your school application, complete and submit your visa application, schedule your visa application, make sure you have all documentation in order and make sure you are aware of your visa restrictions.

We will ensure you stay organized and on top of deadlines throughout the admissions process.

Tutor Referrals

Is your child or children in need of a tutor? We work with some of the top tutors, mentors, life coaches, teachers, and professors. We will place your child or children with the educational professional that best fits your expectations and your child or children’s needs. Our tutors specialize in the following subjects Math, Science, History, English, Technology, and World Language ( Spanish, French, Latin, Chinese). We also have area leaders and trainers who specialize in athletics for our student-athletes.

Parent Interview Preparation

Not all schools, but some schools require a parent interview as part of the process. Think of this as a two-way approach. First, we will help you discover more information about the schools. Second, we will help you prepare how to help the admission officers get to know your family.

Applicant Interview Preparation

Formal applicant interviews are reserved for students applying to grades 6-11. This can be one of the most challenging parts of the application process. We will help your child or children practice thoughtful responses that reveal something about them and teach them how to highlight unique talents, interests, experiences, and goals through mock interviews.

School Tour and Shadow Visit Prep

After selecting a school or schools that fit your child’s or children’s needs, we will structure appointments for a school tour, followed by setting up dates for the applicant shadow visit. Once the dates are confirmed, we will prepare you with expectations while touring the school, discuss dos and Don’t while on campus, and provide helpful questions to ask during your visit.
